향료 회사와 화장품회사는 새로운 규제 내용을 확인하고 아래 기한에 맞추어 변경이 필요한 경우 대비해야 합니다.

23년 8월 30일부터 신규 제품에 51차에서 금지된 물질 사용 불가

24년 3월 30일부터 신규 제품에 51차 규제 내용 준수해야 함

24년 7월 30일부터 기존 제품에 51차에서 금지된 물질 사용 불가

25년 10월 30일부터 기존 제품에서 51차 규제 내용 준수해야 함

(*여기서 말하는 기한은 제품에 적용해야 하는 기한이 아니라, 향에 적용되어야 하는 기한임)
